I've been so busy with life I didn't really notice! Notice what you ask??? That I have lost a total of 14 lbs. I started at 174 now down to 160! I have to admit when I'm sad I love to eat! So I thought maybe I had went back up because things have been rough this month and maybe I was just scared to step on the scale. But I can honestly say, that I believe I didn't go back up because my body is trained now to not do certain things like drank soda, or eat to much sugar. When I do I actually feel sick! And I have to admit my greens on the go to give me energy and keep me detoxed is the best! And coffee please never liked coffee but lately I've been cold so Ketocoffee (Skinny coffee) has been my best friend in the morning. I'm not done yet! Still would like to get to 150 so 10 more lbs to go!!
