It feels good to eat healthy
Breakfast
1 egg boiled
1 banana
1 piece of toast
Greens on the go (Berry) with 8 oz. water or juice
I'm normally not to hungry in the morning, but I have learned that breakfast plays an important factor in starting your day.
Lunch
Salad (lettuce, chesse, cucumbers, tomatoes, dried cranberries & lite dressing
Trail mix for a snack
48 oz. of water
I add chicken (grilled or baked), tuna, shrimp and salmon
Dinner
Lean meat or chicken (I love fish)
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
48 oz. of water
Hair Skin Nails vitamins
Snack
1fruit (watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, cherries and grapes are my favorite
